The 12th floor condo was decorated to give you the feel of the beach from the moment you walk in the door. From the pillow top mattress King size bed, to the tennis rackets, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach blanket, coolers, etc. provided for your use as well as binoculars to view the abundant wildlife that you will see right from your windows, doors, and balcony. High speed secure WIFI is also included in the unit so you don\'t have to go down to the first floor to use your computer, you can do it in the comfort of your own space. Also the living room TV has been upgraded to Hi-Definition.

The new fully stocked granite counter kitchen should have everything you need if you wish to cook a meal or make yourself a fancy drink. (This does not include the food or drink itself, just all the kitchen gadgets required).

The bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench to make access into the shower easy and a pleasure to take a nice strong shower at the end of your day - the water pressure is great.

The sofa is a comfy sofa which his a recliner on one side and an ottoman provided for the other side (NOT a sofa sleeper), and is so comfortable at the end of the day when you have been running around and just want to relax. There are stacking tables that can easily be moved based on where you want to use them.

The condo also has books and DVD\'s just in case you have forgotten to bring something to read or if you just feel like watching a movie at the end of your fun filled day on the beach.

The location is ideal for anything you want to do on the beach as there are about eight restaurants right across the street as well as upscale shops. Also right across the street is a marina if you want to rent a boat or a kayak. The trolley has several stops within short walking distance, so that you can explore the island without moving your car. The beach offers most any water adventure you would like to try such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, bike rentals, dolphin tours, banana boat rides or just walking the 7 miles of beach.

If you are familiar with Estero Beach & Tennis Club, my condo is in the C Building - the one to the left when driving into the complex. Our complex has the most property of any condo complex on the island - it encompasses about 15 acres and has beautiful grounds with a pond as you enter, clay tennis courts, shuffleboard court, heated swimming pool and grills for your use.
