This cozy waterfront, vintage Fort Myers Beach vacation getaway is like finding a hidden gem! When we say waterfront, we\'re talking about simply taking 5 steps outside your door onto a paver patio that is maybe another 10 steps to the dock on the canal. Upon arrival you may find yourself wanting to just take a seat at the table seating 4 or grab one of the lounge chairs and soak in the peace and quiet for a while. Once you finally decide to go explore the interior accommodations you walk into an airy, furnished patio room with ceiling fan and wall to wall windows. One then enters the climate-controlled living areas that include kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bath. The truly amazing thing about this retreat is it is literally 3 houses away from Estero Boulevard, and one of the most popular restaurants on the beach coined The Whale. This is all in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. We\'re talking access to miles of white, sugary sand beaches, a pier, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There\'s parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland.

Upon arrival a walk to the right towards the rear takes you to the area of entry, passing a gas BBQ grill. Washer and dryer are located behind double doors just to the left of the entrance. The above-described patio area is to the right, but let\'s explore the inside now. Through the door you enter the enclosed patio room with tile flooring, table seating 4, and two swivel easy chairs.

On through the main entry the well-equipped kitchen is off to the left, complete with refrigerator, range, built-in microwave, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Tile flooring is throughout.

To the right is the nicely furnished living room with flat screen TV should you wish to stay in touch with the outside world. French doors can be opened to expand the living area out to include the patio room.
