Bright View Cottage is a much loved family seaside cottage on 14 acres of oceanfront with rocky coves and sandy beaches close by. Complete renovated, the main floor features an open concept kitchen, living room, dining area with an office nook, and a 4 piece bathroom that includes laundry facilities. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and an assortment of smaller appliances. The comfortably furnished living room features a large bay window with bench seating to take advantage of that captivating view. A large wooden table in the dining area encourages leisurely family meals together.

The cottage sleeps 5 people in three bedrooms. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a single twin bed in the third bedroom. From the master bedroom a sliding patio door leads to the upper balcony. The house is equipped with laundry facilities. Bed linens and towels are provided. Other amenities include: a propane BBQ, Wood stove and Bicyles.

Just across the garden is a wonderful restored barn. The ultimate man cave or children\'s hideout, the barn is simply furnished with a couch and coffee table. Upstairs is an old wooden desk - perfect for writing your memoirs.

Driving distances are about 30 minutes to Shelburne or 25 minutes to Lockeport, 2.5 hours to the Halifax airport and 1.5 hours to the ferry terminal in Yarmouth.

Bright View Cottage has a one week FLEXIBLE rental period during the peak season (July and August) and three night minimum rental period during the shoulder seasons.
