When hosting or doing dinner poolside, dual 12 foot sliding glass doors allow for the pool lanai to become an extension of the house while sliding doors and windows keep the rest of the home cool and comfortable. A new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms were installed when the terrazzo floors were repolished in 2017, the home is meant to be a stunner and cleanliness is made easy by avoiding carpet and other features to trap allergins.
The spacious home is designed for enjoyment with something for everyone and, with every room oversized, you can watch golf while the kids enjoy the pool or escape from it all and enjoy a book in quiet nooks created in the Florida and Master bedrooms. Furnished for comfort, if a relaxed and quiet evening is needed after a busy day at the beach, there are spaces designed for everything from board games or hosting friends for a poolside dinner. Even when the brief Southwest Florida rain storm hits the home has flatscreen cable televisions in the liiving room and 2 bedrooms and WiFi throughout to keep everyone entertained.
The kitchen comes fully stocked so preparing dinner for 2 or 12 is no challenge. A hotplate griddle for pancakes and large breakfasts, and a propane grill with a spare bottle so you never run out in the middle of your meal...Urgh! 3 sets of table service (1 plastic for poolside) allow for everything from family meals to elegant dining, and the dishwasher guarantees you don\'t spend your vacation at the sink.
