The Bear Spring Vacation Home is a beautiful modest 2 bedroom, 2 bath home complete with living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch, deck, dock, and driveway for off street parking.

The master bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed, and bathroom with a stand up shower.The guest bedroom has a queen bed.The main bathroom has a double sink and a tub/shower combo if you would prefer to relax and soak in a hot bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa and recliners. All three rooms have wall mounted TVs and cable so that you don\'t miss your favorite shows. The kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen necessities, and smaller appliances to make you feel at home. The dining room table has extra chairs so there is plenty of room for everyone. The storage room has amenities such as iron/ ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum, swiffer, dog cage, stand up fan, cleaning supplies, etc. The washer and dryer has its own closet. The storage shed has extra supplies for your stay also. The screened porch is the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the wildlife. You can even see scheduled launches from NASA on a clear day or night. There is a gazebo, table and chairs, and grill on the deck with a fish cleaning station complete with sink. The perfect place to cook and grill any fish you may catch in the canal, Weeki Wachee River, or Gulf!! Swim or snorkel right off the dock!!

There are 4 adult and 2 child kayaks and life jackets included in your rental. PLEASE ALWAYS WEAR LIFE JACKETS FOR YOUR SAFETY!! FREE WIFI and land line phone with FREE LONG DISTANCE. THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY!! NO INTERNATIONAL CALLS!! Cell service is not always available at the house depending on your carrier and service but you can usually get a signal at the nearby gas station OR forward your cell calls to the house. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE PLEASE!! We are pet friendly and provide a dog cage and pooper scooper for your convenience. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!!
