Riverfront with deep water for swimming and tying up your boat. Easy water access without having to launch elsewhere , as access to the river is becoming much more difficult. We have a huge multilevel deck on the river with easy water access, a gazebo with large gas grill and a large screened porch (this is very important some times of year) and a new Southern Firepits wood burning pit (bring your own wood. This home has 3 bedrooms with custom built cedar and cypress queen beds, and two nice twin size folding cots. The kitchen has all appliances with granite counters. Living room has Mission Style furniture with 2 large sliding glass doors to the decks and river. dining for 6, or 8, with a new glass top table. Both baths are well above average. First floor is all travertine floor tile with several cypress feature walls.
There is a huge 2nd floor screen porch, with deck and home access and a very large glass top table for river entertaining.
