The quiet compound is located just one block from Duval Street combining the best of both worlds for relaxing and taking advantage of all that Key West has to offer. Within 2 blocks you\'ll find Key West classics like The Bull, Sloppy Joe\'s, and Hog\'s Breath as well as a plethora of delicious restaurants. Venture just a short distance further to Mallory Square or the famous Historic Seaport. It\'s easy to see why this location is unbeatable. The shared compound, of 6 total homes, features a winding brick pathway surrounded by tropical foliage and flowers that lead to a free form heated pool tucked away in the far side of the gardens. Take a refreshing dip, lounge and catch some sun, or enjoy a good book while being surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. This truly is a relaxing outdoor oasis!
This bright and airy cottage has tile floors throughout, a king sized bed, spa bath, a shared free form pool and washer/dryer. There is also a good-sized private deck with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort.
(The Ann Street Compound Homeowners Association requires all occupants to be 16 + yrs. Regretfully, NO Children under 16 are allowed. This home is also not pet-friendly)

Tranquility on Ann Street was the perfect location for my husband and me on our recent vacation. I thought the house was a great layout and was conveniently located. Amenities were perfect - we had everything we needed. I think an extra counter could be added in the bathroom to the left of the sink to make that space even better. We appreciated the beach towels and the provided sunscreen was a pleasant surprise. We would stay here again without hesitation and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and private. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back. Parking is a challenge, you may consider alternative options.

The property was perfect. Steps away from all the action, but very quiet. Great size rental, pool steps away, and a private patio with furniture and grill. Had a bike rack by the front to lock your bikes up as well.

Our stay was great! This was our 4th house staying with you. One thing I would add in this unit is more hooks to hang clothes etc. And another shelf in the bathroom for ladies things :). Maybe more pillows and extra blankets. 🙂
