This spacious ground-level two-bedroom, two-bathroom property is located in the heart of Key West right off of Duval Street. A private, enclosed patio beckons you to relax in peaceful seclusion. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 32\" flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room area has as well as another 32\" flat-screen TV. The kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker to do all or none of the cooking while enjoying the island life. This property comes equipped with a private porch, air conditioning, free wi-fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE POOL ON SITE, but you have access to a shared pool only 4 blocks away!
Parking in Key West is very limited. This property has no assigned parking and is street parking only. You are responsible for finding parking for your vehicle. Smoking only permitted outside. Pets are welcome, but some restrictions apply and all animals must be approved by management.

Well maintained rental. The cleaning staff mopped the exterior porch area almost every day. The rental was well equipped with kitchen appliances, lots of extra towels and pillows. My rental was on the ground floor unit, which was perfect. Only negative is that you could hear walking and chair movement from the unit above. Highly recommend the rental of this unit.

Great location, easy to walk to a variety of activities. Roomy enough for the four of us. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck for coffee or meals, very relaxing and private. Street parking was easy enough, we were one street over and there was always a place to park.

Amazing location right off of Duval Street, yet still private!! Very clean and spacious unit with plenty of towels and amenities. Also lots of great restaurants and small shops right around the corner. We appreciated the early check-in and the responsiveness and communications with the host (vacation rental agency). There is a parking lot a couple of blocks away if you are willing to pay. We got lucky finding a parking spot on the street a few blocks away. Definitely recommend staying here!!!
