Description
Feel like you are sitting on the beach from your balcony without sandy feet! One of the only developments in Key West with actual oceanfront living and beautiful sunrises to start your day.
Enter through the breezeway to the open living space with its expansive views of the water. The living space also has an opening to the kitchen to enjoy the views while you cook or even utilize the laundry that is in the kitchen. The prinicipal bedroom sits oceanside and opens to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom
The Key West Beach Club is a quiet, peaceful residential building that sits directly on the water. The breathtaking view can be seen as soon as you enter the unit.
The large oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both the living/dining area and main bedroom. It also features central heat/air, cable TV, washer/dryer, a well- equipped kitchen, security entry and elevator access. There is one reserved parking space in the garage. There is elevator access to the condos above.
Resort amenities include 2 ocean side pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. Non-smoking unit. Sleeps 4.
Please note; the Key West Beach Club Condo Association requires additional registration, which includes providing copies of photo IDs for everyone over the age of 17, in advance of your arrival. Details will be provided along with your RKWV rental agreement
NO CHECK-INs ALLOWED AFTER 10 p.m. at the Key West Beach Club.

*Disclaimer: Due to the property\'s oceanfront location, please be aware that Key West experiences seasonal occurrences of fermenting turtle grass along the south shore of the island brought on by our southern winds in the late spring and summer. This is a natural phenomenon that is outside of our control.

Annually we vacation as a family and stay in a condo. Recently, we have been to Key Largo, Hilton Head, Tybee Island and now Key West. The condo we rented at KWBC #104 was the nicest place we have stayed. The condo is in great shape, very clean, located right on the oceanfront, has two pools, and a tennis court. The rental company was great to work with - all communications by email were timely and clear, and the portal was very easy to use. We would 100% stay here again if we re-visit Key West.

The three primary reasons we keep returning to the KW Beach Club are the Ocean view, the location and the on-site amenities. The experience could be enhanced by updating Unit #104 which, except for the kitchen, looks \"tired\". A special shout -out to Jann And Shad at Rent KW who rendered exemplary service. Had a problem with the digital entry lock and placed a call to Jann. Shad was there within 10 minutes to solve the problem.

I thought this place would be nice per the advertising, but all I can say is Wow! This place was so much more than I was expecting. The views was nothing short of a postcard. Absolutely beautiful, great location for relaxation, yet near enough to Duval Street via 5 min Uber/Lyft/Taxi. 2 bedroom (one main, one \"kids\"), 2 bathroom with adequate kitchen and laundry. Pool is enclosed and literally 1 min from unit(there are two, we only used the main one). Highly recommend.Breakfast on the patio is peaceful, take a walk in the ocean (literally only 1-2 feet deep).
