An extensive leisure trail for walking, jogging, and bike riding fronts this beach.

Old Town, Key West\'s hub of shopping, dining, live entertainment, art galleries, and sightseeing, is just one-and-one-half miles away. *Disclaimer: Due to the property\'s oceanfront location, please be aware that Key West experiences seasonal occurrences of fermenting turtle grass along the south shore of the island brought on by our southern winds in the late spring and summer. This is a natural phenomenon that is outside of our control.

The condo association has embarked on a year long balcony upgrade process effective May 2025 until April of 2026. We have shut down the condos for the periods that our individual units are being worked on, but that will not stop some noise as the contractors make their way around the development. We will be mostly effected in the early summer of 2025.

PARKING: Each unit is issued one numbered parking spot located in the gated garage at no additional charge. The clearance for the garage is 6ft 2 in so large SUV’s and Trucks will need to park outside. One additional parking pass for outside parking may be given, but space is limited. Please note that motor homes, boats, wave runners or trailers are allowed on property. Also vehicles with logo’s will need to have magnets covering the logo’s.
