In the heart of Old Town, with the beautiful community of private homes and condominiums of Truman Annex, this Shipyard Condominium has great access to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach as well as the Historic Old Town Key West. This beautifully decorated first floor condominium on Southard Street has two bedrooms, one full and one half bathrooms.
The living room is nicely furnished with leather sofas, tv with DVD and high speed internet along with a fully equipped kitchen and dinette area to accommodate four people. One bedroom has been upgraded to a king bed, while the front bedroom has a queen bed. A large back deck gets ample sun and just enjoy the Key West weather. The association pool is just a short distance away.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO GRILL.

There is one reserved parking space in a gated lot.

All was great. Only issue is that 10:00AM is a rather early check out time especially when you look at flight times out of Key West. Also 10:00 is early to grab a last breakfast and do the check out items. Checking out at 11:00 would be very helpful.

The keypad lock didn\'t work a few times and I was locked out. The bathroom sink didn\'t drain, but your maintenance person fixed it. The TVs were almost impossible to use--multiple remotes--way too complicated. But overall we really liked the place. Remotes--very complicated.
