Description
Great location, just half a block off Duval Street, walking distance to restaurants, the Atlantic beaches and the Southernmost Point. Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home provides a comfortable vacation hideaway.
All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and French doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups.

Pet Friendly: Size and breed restrictions and additional fees apply
PARKING is in the driveway or on Louisa Street. The entire block of Louisa Street is free/ un-metered and not reserved for full-time residents. Please be sure not to block any driveways.
Please note that all vacation rentals with four or more bedrooms have a 4pm check in time.

Easy rental experience. Responsive to our concerns. Property overall was great. Great pool and outdoor area. Loved proximity to Duval Street. Interior could use a makeover, but then again we are not looking to buy the property.

The pool is perfect. We loved how some of it was shaded by the beautiful trees. The bathrooms are small especially the master. It was not comfortable to use but it was clean. The house next to us is under construction and that would have been nice to know in advance. They started sanding outside the window at 8am everyday and were even on our deck sometimes leaving the gate open. Great variety of things to use in the kitchen. Air conditioning was perfect. The house is comfortable. It would be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms as we have teenagers who like to game in the heat of the day. I loved having a code for the door but would have loved the option to set the number ourselves to something easy to remember. Overall we loved this house and the staff were top notch!
