Description
This spacious tropical condo is right across the street from the beach. The condo sleeps five with a king size bed, queen size bed, twin bed, sleeper couch as well as two full bathrooms. The unit is loaded with flat screen TVs in each room, fast WiFi, a patio and dishwasher.
Free covered parking, heated pool, tennis court and an awesome location to the beach and tourist plaza is also included.
There is a closet full of coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart & more. I always start & stop my rentals on a Saturday.

ADDITIONAL CONDO: This two bedroom two bath condo is directly across the street from the beach on Marco Island, Florida. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between every rental. From the front door to the beachfront its less than a 5- minute walk and thats caring the beach chairs., which you dont have to because there is a beach cart!! The Essex condo is located at 86 S. Collier Blvd @ /2 mile south of the Marriott Hotel. It is located on the 2nd floor of a five- story building and is an end unit. The unit overlooks the pool and from the living room and screened in lanai you have a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 5 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, single in the second bedroom and one double bed. The unit has free wireless Internet, 3 TVs / DVD, CD stereo system, full size washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, all pots, pans, utensils, etc). The condo comes equipped with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to the beach, lots of kid beach toys (rafts, noodles, boogie boards, buckets, etc..), iron, and ironing board. There is a screened in lanai with table and chairs, you have a pool, tennis court, elevator, and covered parking. All you have to do is bring your swimsuit and you are set for a fun filled vacation on Marco Island, Florida.

Lots of beach toys and pool is 30 seconds away and you can watch the kids run from pool to unit without ever getting up!! There is free tennis next to the condo as well.

Cancellation Policy: If you rent 1 week and cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund. If you rent multiple weeks cancellation policy is 90 days

I accept Checks, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. if you rent multiple weeks the rent is due 90 days before arrival. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.

We were so happy with our stay at the condo! The distance to the beach was just right for our kids (2.5-7.5), the pool made for great playtime when we wanted a change-up from the beach, and the condo itself was really well taken care of. From the kitchen to the beach cart, everything we needed was right there to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We took walks to the nearby restaurants and shops and loved being able to see the water right from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was wonderful, very clean and in a great location. It has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. From the window, you could see the pool, where the kids could play safely. I highly recommend it 100%!

This place is really a great place to stay. Everything you need is right at the condo. A short walk to South Beach to. Tbe beach cart and chairs are also provided and easy to navigate along with everything else you will need for your stay. Super clean and spacious. Will definitely bring using this condo. For future visits! Nice pool on site to as you actually over look it. Thanks again for the great place and time!!

This unit is at the south end of the island just across the street from the beach. It is a quick walk to the south beach public entrance. The unit is newly renovated, so it is very comfortable to stay in. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a window on the side. It overlooks the pool and lets in a lot of light. The updated bathrooms have new vanities, mirrors and showers. There are hard floor surfaces throughout so it can be easily cleaned. They painted the entire unit. The updated kitchen has new cupboards, countertops, and appliances. It feels like cooking at home. All the bedroom furniture is new, as well as the mattresses. The owner is very easy to work with. He responds quickly to texts and e-mails and always reaches out to make sure the unit is ok. The beautiful sunset sky is visible between the buildings. We have been coming to this unit for 10 years and look forward to returning every year.

The Essex Condo is right across the road from the beach. The condo has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and was perfect for a family of four. The renovations are very nice and add to the charm of condo. The is also a small view of the gulf from the lanai. The walk to the beach is a short and quick. Access to some of the best restaurants along South Collier Blvd are also a short distance. David DySmyter made sure we were in the condo and ensured that we had everything we needed. Great communication from the owner. This was our second stay in this condo, and we plan to visit again real soon!

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool was warm and also clean.Wewere just a few minutes from the beach public access the unit had beach chairs etc .We didn’t want for anything as there was plenty dishes and cutlery .we would pick this unit again bathrooms very good showers and again clean -_Thank you

Great vacation spot for a family of 4 or 5. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Screened in patio a plus. A limited view of the ocean. Easy walk to the public beach access. Condo had all amenities for a beach day (chairs, umbrella and beach buggy). Walking distance to a couple good restaurants and convenience store. Owner Dave has a great information packet. This condominium is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It was clean and well equipped. The screened deck was such a great place to relax and enjoy morning coffee. The view of the sunset in between the buildings across the street is nice. Very easy walk to the beautiful South Marco beach. The owners are accessible by phone and their instructions for the condo are clear. They also give recommendations for the area which are helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
