Description
This beachfront getaway is a perfect spot to watch the dolphins. The condo is equipped with a king size bed, queen sofa bed, balcony, full kitchen & full bath that sleeps 4. The unit was remodeled in October 2023 with new tile throughout, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and Island. The bathroom was also remodeled with walk in shower. The unit has free wifi, flat screen TV\'s & air-conditioning. Parking is 45$ for the entire stay, direct beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, free use of gym & restaurant are all in the complex.
Storage unit outside the unit with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart & more. I always start & stop my rentals on a Saturday.

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo beachfront condominium. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. Collier Blvd. @/4 south of the Marriott. Extra cleaning and sanitizing is being done between every renter. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The condo has been updated with new granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The condo is also comes with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach caddy to wheel everything to beach, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs, lounger and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, workout room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island, Florida. I always start and end my rentals on a Saturday.

Area Information
Marco Island is a 4 x 6 mile Island south of Naples. The Island is 20 minutes south of Naples and 45 minutes south of Ft. Myers. The closest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport but Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only 90 miles away. Within a few hours drive is Disney World and Key West

Prices quoted above INCLUDE all taxes . There is a $125 cleaning fee
There is a $45 parking charge that the APOLLO collects and that is $45 for your whole stay regardless of length of stay
I always rent Saturday - Saturday.
I accept Checks, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle
I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back. If you are renting multiple weeks payment is due 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you rent 1 week and cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then you will get a refund. If you rent more than 1 week cancellation policy is 90 days

Entered condo suite at 3pm w with a beautiful glittering ocean right in front of me the site was phenomenal.. immediately immediately got settled fast and went down to the beach and that was our welcoming to this day for 21 days at Apollo condo. This place was the most perfect place in 7 years of coming to Florida that I stayed wake up every morning with the glistening beach in front of you and enjoy your coffee in the morning on the porch and get ready for the day I must have at least one time to doreen\'s cup of joe that place is great and my grandson absolutely loves that place now too it\'s his favorite and then would come back and get ready for the beach and that was the day till about 4:00 and then we went out to the pool till about 7:00 and take a nice nap in the breeze and then come up and get ready and go to eat or else just make dinner in the condo that suite was absolutely awesome a must you must go to Marco Island brewery favorite of ours and where I had a wonderful birthday dinner and a few drinks we also went to Joe\'s Joey\'s Pizza and had wonderful pizza large pizza and two melting huge subs we ended up taking food back to our conda but that was like our snack for the next day The evening was beautiful too come in and watch the sunset it was perfect and watch people collect shells and fish and have to let you know that Santa Claus was there the whole time Mrs Santa Claus came out on the beach every day and gave out presents and took pictures and come to find out that they were hard on these they were an exclusive piece of a shell special cells they put a hole in it and put a really nice rawhide rawhide necklace part on for the people very nice and gave the men candy canes everyday I was there for 21 days we enjoyed the ocean the peacefulness and the ocean and made up with lots of friends everybody was so wonderful and friendly there the staff at Apollo condo was awesome kudos to Tracy and Emily and Beatrice the whole place I could live in that place I can move from Pennsylvania and live in that suite everything was perfect it\'s just a matter of using the right key at the right place but once you get that system down there\'s no problem at all and even with the drain a drain problem that occurred thank you Dave for getting immediate help I think I left a message at like 12:00 and you had a plumber there at 5:00 kudos for the best help and clearance and from that on everything was just beautiful .. I got a five-star review best ever Apollo

This was our first time at the Apollo #807 . We would highly recommend this condo. Great , relaxing views of the beach/ocean from the balcony. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella.. The pool was a perfect temperature.. Dave was so easy to work with.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in David\'s condo on Marco Island. The king sized bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and it was great to have all of the beach equipment for use. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We enjoyed our morning coffee, as well as watching the sunsets with our evening cocktail, on the balcony. Dave provided info about the island, as well as some of the restaurants, which we appreciated, being that it was our first time in Marco. He responded very quickly when we had questions. Hoping to go back again next year.

We have rented this condo in South Beach in Marco for the second year and have it booked for next year too!! The beach and sunset views are amazing as well as the updated condo. It’s just a little piece of vacation paradise.
