This is a ground-floor unit in a duplex. The other duplex unit is a 2nd floor apt. w/separate private entrance. Tenant is long-term, quiet and away a lot.
The best of both worlds: located a few minutes\' walk from the ocean, at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, fish taco sports bar, ice cream shop and more!

Nearby attractions: Cocoa beach pier, Merritt Island nature preserve, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral.

Quiet neighborhood. Located next to the VFW hall; this is a nice, very low-key buffer from A1A. Please keep your noise level down especially in the evening and at night when the neighbors want to sleep.

Lovely comfortable house ideal for our stay Positive: House was very spacious and the pool was ideal and is heated all year round. The beach was close, a five minute walk. There are many different food options nearby but being the USA a rental car is always a better way to travel around. Richard our host was around to assist with any queries and a phone number was available if we required any further help. There are cloth washing/drying facilities available just outside near the pool area. Kitchen was well stocked for all the things you would expect and included a dish washer, coffee machine, toaster and of course the usual large fridge/freezer you would expect in the USA. All rooms had a large TV with Netflix if required and beds were very comfortable. Would and probably will return for another stay. Negative: Coming home!
