This superb four-bedroom waterfront home on Lake Placid offers a private dock, a game room, and dog-friendly accommodations for 10 guests and two furry friends. Plan a memorable family reunion or holiday at the lake!

Called one of Florida\'s prettiest small towns, this family-friendly community boasts 27 freshwater lakes and plenty of small town charm. Fish off the dock, water ski along the pristine lake, or make the three-mile trip into town for golf, wine tasting, and boutiques!

This two-story home is inviting with a warm lake decor, great natural lighting, and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Host a family meeting in the open-concept living room, which offers a large sectional sofa and gorgeous rock fireplace. Let in the breeze by opening the stylish French doors leading to the patio or turn on the ceiling fans. In-house entertainment includes TV, which is Netflix capable with your own account, and WiFi so you can post videos of your first trip around the lake on water skis.

Offering four bedrooms, four full baths and one half-bath, this lovely home sleeps 10 guests and up to two well-behaved and housebroken dogs, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. Sleeping options include two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and eight twin beds. Nine beds are located on the lower level and two master suites are located on the upper level, each offering a private balcony retreat.

You\'ll never get cabin fever thanks to a poker table and private game room offering two bar tables and a pool table overlooking Lake Placid. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio while you admire the water, or dine outdoors with aid from the gas grill and three patio tables.

On the water, the private dock offers an ideal fishing spot and space to tie up your craft (but please note that the boat lift and jet ski lifts are not available for guest use). The private beach is perfect for lazy days in the water, and an outdoor shower will keep little feet clean. Beach clothes and towels will even stay fresh thanks to a washer and dryer. Additional amenities include a badminton set, beach chairs, a Ping-Pong table, and paddleboards.

You must contact us to add more than one dog to the reservation, if allowed. $20 per dog, per night. If pets are allowed, the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed.

Parking Notes: Guests with multiple vehicles and boat trailers etc are able to leave boat trailers overnight if they wish at the public boat launch that is @ a mile away on Lake June Road.

Driveway at home is circular and can hold many cars and trailers. The home owner often leaves his trailer in small driveway to left of property, but there is still plenty of parking available.

Parking on Lake June Road is hazardous and not allowed by the County - vehicles will be towed if parked on the street

**NOTE** Due to liability issues and age of the the watercraft, the owner\'s boat and jet skies as well as the boat lifts are NOT available for guest use during stay. There is however plenty of room at dock to tie up a guest\'s own boat(s) or jet skies while staying here and there is a public boat launch 1/4 mile away. There are no current locations at this time in Lake Placid for boat/watercraft rentals.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
