The space
Open concept with large screened in porch with dog pen attached with doggie door. Porch has a grill. Large Master bedroom with walk in closet and attached bath. It has a door leading to the back deck overlooking the water.
Which is a canal with a boat house. 2 other bedrooms 1 queen 1 twin. They have another bathroom w/2 sinks. Very comfy house. WIFI, Roku TV
Guest access
Carport on side of house. Everything is accessible at the house. Microwave, coffee maker, Toaster, Slow cooker, air fryer, stove and fridge, Washer/dryer.
Other things to note
Table and chairs on deck which has a canvas cover so you can sit and enjoy the outdoors with any weather.
