Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire home, private outdoor spaces, and amenities except Owner\'s closet by the living room. Self-check-in is seamless via a secure smart lock.

Other things to note
- Parking: Free on-site parking in garage and driveway for maximum 3 vehicles, overflow parking down the street

- Pet Policy: No Pet

- Primary Guest: Must be 25+ years old and present for the duration of the stay.

- Rules: No smoking, parties, events, firearms, or open flames. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

- Trash: Collection on Tuesdays & Fridays curbside night before, return to the side of the house after pick up.

- Security: Exterior Blink cameras monitoring the front door and back gate for your safety and peace of mind.

- For your safety and comfort, and to avoid any moisture or pests come into the house, please keep all doors closed at all time.

- Beach & Laundry Care: After a fun day on the coast, please rinse off sand and sunscreen at the outdoor shower before heading inside. When doing laundry, kindly shake out all sand from clothes, swimwear, and towels outside before loading them into the washer—excess sand can easily clog and damage the machine.
