RESERVATION / PAYMENT
To be paid the 1st part of 50 % immediately to reserve the property.
When we have received from the owner a copy of the receipt of this 1st payment in their account, we will confirm to you the receipt of your payment and we will highlight in the rental calendar that the property is reserved for you till you have paid the 2nd part.
To be paid the 2nd part ultimate 2 weeks before date of arrival.
When we have received from the owner a copy of the receipt of this 2nd payment in their account, we will confirm to you the receipt of your payment and will send you information how to get exactly to our office to pay the deposit into the house manager and receiving the keys of the property.
DEPOSIT / ELECTRICITY USE
After the deposit of 300 euro has been paid in CASH, the house-manager will escort you to the property to read the electricity meter together and include the figure in the rental-contract.
The deposit minus the electricity use will be returned to you the day of leaving and after we have inspected the property. In case of damage of the household of the property we will deduct the amount of damage from the deposit.
The electricity use will be calculated on base of after-calculation of your real use by reading together the meters on the day of arrival and departure. You only pay what you really use, costs 30 cents/kW. By normal use of 4-6 persons the weekly amount will be approximate 40 - 60 eur, depending on which month of the year and daily individual use of heating or air-condition. This information is only for informative reason.
The contract fee is 30 euro which will be deducted from the deposit the day of the departure.
CHECKING IN AND OUT OF THE PROPERTY
In-check from on 14.00 hours.
Out-check before 10.00 hours.
If you inform us in time your schedule of arrival and departure-time in Altea we might be flexible with these arrival and departure hours, all depending or other tenants using the property before and after you.
RULES / RESTRICTIONS
- Your holiday home will be prepared before your arrival in the best way possible. In case of a technical defect please notify the house manager immediately through which the problem can be solved as soon as possible.
- Rental price includes a welcome basket, bed linen (summer/winter), bathroom towels.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise beforehand is agreed.
- For hygiene and safety reasons guests are requested not to smoke inside the house, which will be appreciated by the next guests.
- Minimum rental period is 1 week, in the months July and August 2 weeks. Longer stays considered (1 - 6 months).
