This property is a air-conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment situated at Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos. There is a tiled porch area for al fresco dining. The living/dining room which has air conditioning, providing hot or cold air, has a sofa (sofa-bed), coffee table, dining table and four chairs.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a door leading to the outside galleria.

The main bedroom has a double bed with two single beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and have ample wardrobe space and bedside lockers.

The gated communal pool is directly behind the property with a code for the gate, this will be provided by key holder on arrival. Bed linen and 1 bath towel per person will be provided.

No smoking in the property. No pets. The property is not suitable for wheelchairs. Parking is available on the road close to the property. There is a metre for thethe air conditioning unit which takes 2 Euro coins, so you pay only for what you use. The key holder will show you this on arrival.
