Bright and spacious attic, ideal place for a family holidays. This property ( sleeps 6) is situated at the sea front, next to Porto Colom marina. It is very comfortable and you can reach anywhere in Portocolom on foot. The two beaches are 20' walking and there is a great offer of water sports just on the ground floor of the building. This apartment was renovated in 2013 and it is equipped with air conditioning, double isolation window panes and first quality materials in kitchen and bathroom. We rent he apartment totally equipped, with lining and towels, electrical kitchenware, TV set, satellite TV and free wifi. Air conditioning is limited to 6 hours. Bedrooms 3-- 5 beds All bedrooms are fully equipped with fitted in wardrobes, comfy beds and pillows. There is a night table with a lamp on top in each bedroom. Bathroom The bathroom is very spacious and it has a bathtub with shower. We also provide hair dryer as well as clean towels for each of the guests. Laundry with washing machine and ironing devices. Kitchen Independent kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people. Microwave and oven, as well as kettle, coffee machine, etc. It doesn't have any dishwasher.
