The house, built from the complete renovation of the old barn, has a large living room with a kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four rooms with wooden roof and wooden floor, each room has a bathroom with shower.
The "familiarity" we wanted to give, in order to better transmit the warmth of our hospitality, is well synthesized in the large room, equipped with TV with satellite channels and some board games, moreover there is a children area for cloudy days.

The B&B Il Ginepro has 4 different rooms with linens, pillows, and blankets. They take the name of the flowers that are commonly found in the territory where the B&B is located.
All rooms can be booked for single or double use. Only the Girasoli room can be booked for triple use.

Rooms:-

1. Rose:- Double room with double bed, wardrobe, wooden floors and ceiling with bead sight. Private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and towels for two people. The room is equipped with linens, pillows, and blankets.
The wooden furniture in the poor art style gives a touch of rusticity that makes your stay more real and authentic in this old farmhouse restored according to the criteria for the preservation of architectural features.

2. Gerbere:- Double room with double bed, wardrobe, wooden floors and ceiling with bead sight. Private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and towels for two people. The room is equipped with linens, pillows, and blankets.
The colours of each room have been chosen to ensure maximum relax in accordance with chromotherapy criteria. You will find pastel and delicate blue tints. Relax in the comfort of Langhe views in your bedrooms.

3. Girasoli:- Triple room with double bed and a third bed added, wardrobe, wooden floors and ceiling with bead sight. Private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and towels for two people. The room is equipped with linens, pillows, and blankets.
Double glazing and thick walls of vintage construction allow exceptional comfort, though the only noise to keep away is that of daytime birds and crickets at night.

4. Calle:- Double room with double bed, wardrobe, wooden floors and ceiling with bead sight. Private bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer and towels for two people. The room is equipped with linens, pillows, and blankets.
