Villa Sundown invites you to relax in the typical Floridafeeling, close by to publix, walmarts, shoppings and restaurants. Spacious poolarea, 32x16ft large pool with west exposure. The poolcage has been removed and a panorama cage was installed in 2019. You can enjoy the great view on to the 150" wide canal perfectly.

Huge, comfortable leather couch "Cindy Crawford Design", electrical adjustable. From the open, fully equipped kitchen you have a wonderful view over the pool area and the canal. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the kitchen counter or on the dock, watching the fishes jump.
Directly next to the kitchen and the livingroom you find a closed office with free highspeed WLAN and a couch. Of course, WLAN is available in the whole house.
3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Masterbedroom with kingsize bed, direct access to the pool area and en suite masterbath with bath tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom with queensize bed and spacious closet. Third bedroom with 2 twin beds. One shower/WC is accessible from the poolarea.
