Sunrise Bay is a 2BR, 1.5 bath, second floor apartment, in a 4-plex apartment property. It faces east and is on the water of Little Sarasota Bay. The apartment has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin, or single beds in the second bedroom.

Our second floor apartment has its own private deck with table and chairs that looks out over the water. The backyard is a paved patio with our own dock for your use. There is a picnic table, chairs, and gas grill on the patio. We also have 1 two-person kayak, 1 one-person kayak, 2 cruiser bikes and 1 tandem that is shared use with another apartment.

Right behind our apartment is the water of the bay. If you like nature, you will like this place. One wouldn't believe the wildlife that is right close, especially numerous jumping fish of several kinds, wading birds, pelicans, ibis, and spoonbill galore. Manatee, too. If you spend anytime at all out back, or have the patio doors open, you'll often see dolphins! They are a daily occurrence right off of our dock, about 50 feet out. Many times you will hear them exhale loudly, and then you will know to look out to the water.

There are also fruit trees on the property. Palm, orange, mango, and fig, and when they are in season, you can help yourself to their fruit and just grab them off the trees!

If you like fishing, it's pretty good off of our dock. Skate and catfish are mostly caught. Live shrimp make the best local bait and live shrimp are sold at the bait shop up the road. We have 2 fishing rods for your use.
