Description
This- 4000+ SF mountain view home has all the amenities of fine living. From the soaring ceiling, hand hewn logs, granite counters and alder woodwork, with hardwood and slate flooring throughout, this home will provide views 'to die for'. The master and guest bedrooms have queen beds, private bathrooms and HD TVs. The upstairs has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, Discounts ($100 - $200) are available for bookings 6 days or longer.
the other has a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and an additional twin in the room). There is now also a baby crib in the guest bedroom downstairs. We have just converted the garage into two more bedrooms (2016) (queen and another bunk set -double on bottom and a twin on top). A new garage will have to wait 'till next year!
Entertaining family and friends will be easy with a fully appointed gourmet kitchen, fireplaces in greatroom and Master bedroom, balconied loft w/ pool table,foosball, and a premier theater room with leather recliners for 12, featuring a 110' HD screen, Blue Ray DVD, and THX surround sound stereo system throughout. We have added a 6-7 person hot tub on the deck, and new larger HD TV's in the MB and guest BR. Hiking is all around!
Ski at Wolf Creek (most recorded snowfall in CO), or trout fish across the street in the San Juan River! You will never need to leave this resort quality home.

This was our third stay at this property. Had a wonderful time. Conveniently located between Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek Ski area.

We had a group of 8 ready for a ski week at wolf creek. The house had more than enough space amenities for 10. We enjoyed the games, the theater and the living space to spend quality time together! We hope to be back to the area soon and back to this house!

We spend our holidays in Pagosa and are always looking for the a great way to stay together. This place hit 9 out of 10 points for us. The only struggle we had was parking but we made it work just fine.

We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!
