Look no further...this totally upscale furnished Los Angeles private estate is a perfect little paradise for one person or a couple. However, there is room to accommodate a total of 6 guests by unlocking the Secret Room and Great Room for an added fee (see more below).

Feel like you're in the tropics in your own home away from home. This quiet cul-de-sac street offers a serene environment for a writer or a movie industry executive who wants a peaceful setting to come home to. It has been home to many celebrities. It's an enchanting oasis. Entertain friends around the fire pit or have your business meetings at the gazebo bar. Or just enjoy a hot jacuzzi at the end of a hard day. Private patio and BBQ area. The owner, Georgia lives on the other end of the property and is available to assist you with any needs you may have to make your stay more enjoyable while giving you total privacy. The Saltwater Pool is not heated in winter--can be for an extra cost. No need to heat during summer, when the pool is like bathwater. A kitty lives in the main house, but has never been in the rental unit. Highly allergic people should take note.

The Secret Room:

If traveling with more than 2 people, there is a $50 per person per night charge to unlock The Secret Room. The Secret Room is located behind a bookcase in the Great Room. It leads to a finished attic, great for accommodating 4 children or adventurous adults with 4 twin beds. Please be advised, you need to be old enough (or young enough) to climb a ladder to access this space. The Great Room is a large living room with a stone fireplace and a great view of the grounds. This room is also included in the rental, creating 1000 more sq. ft. The Great Room has enough space for a very comfy queen size air bed. Tenant must be aware that the Secret Room area is not recommended for very young children or elderly adults. The Secret Room is ideal for children but may not be comfortable for tall adults with a low ceiling. The owner will not be responsible for any unforeseen accidents resulting from the use of the ladder.

The Main Unit:

Featuring a very large living room with a fireplace and two very comfortable down couches. At night, it becomes the bedroom by pulling the queen size (plush mattress) Murphy bed. It has a full kitchen with all that is needed for cooking. The breakfast room is octagon-shaped with French windows on all sides. Very bright and cheerful room which looks out to the pool and outside fireplace.

Romantic Poolside Dinners & Events/filming:

The Enchanted Manor is magical, especially at night. The lighting on the grounds, trees, deck, and pool turns the night into a breathtaking romantic atmosphere. The pool is a saltwater pool so there are no harsh chemicals. There is also an outside shower behind the jacuzzi.

Vacation renters are not allowed to have parties with several people. The cost for a party is $3,800 for a five-hour event for up to 50 people. If you plan to have visitors you must inform the owner before you book. During the pandemic, I am not allowing anyone on the property other than the people staying here without first getting permission. Scenes from the Lifetime Movie, 'William & Kate' 'Charles Mason' were shot here as well as many other feature films, TV shows, Music videos, and commercials.

The Fire Pit, Outside Fireplace, and Gazebo Bar:

The outside fireplace is on a private patio off the breakfast room. It's like having another living room outside with plush outdoor couches and a coffee table. This area also has a BBQ. There is another BBQ on the 3rd level of the deck next to the fire pit. Sitting around the fire pit at night with the kids roasting marshmallows is a wonderful family experience. Having business meetings around the gazebo bar.

The Play House and Tree House:

The Playhouse is a mini version of the main house. It has 2 twin-size beds, Cable TV, a fireplace and a phone line. Children are not allowed to sleep in the playhouse for safety purposes. It is equipped with child-size furniture and toys. The children also have their own patio and patio furniture. It's like a Disneyland here for kids. The treehouse is another adventure for them to explore, but currently, it is under repair. Actually, the tree house recently just fell down. It is no longer here :-( In the process of rebuilding. Many more photos can be seen on the Fan page for The Enchanted Manor. The house is on a tree-lined cul-de-sac. Very secure area. The house has an alarm and security cameras around the perimeter for more peace of mind. No parties without permission from the owner.

Security:

There are cameras on the exterior of the property. They do not record sound. There are no cameras inside the rental. I do events here which is the reason for the security cameras. There are 2 cameras in the backyard that covers the patio, deck, and pool area. One in the Children's Playhouse and facing the area in front of the playhouse which is where the catering would be for events. One camera faces the front entrance of the rental unit. Other cameras in the front face the street for your protection. Your safety is a priority.
