They have lockouts that access is limited unless you rent it during your dates. We have added a putting green for the golfer and corn hole game just for family fun. Featuring all solid pine wood floors on the main floor. All new stainless appliances, granite, subway tile and fully equipped kitchen and a huge front deck overlooking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house has it all! Enjoy the theme of 'Lay Back Beach' while A giant barracuda hang from the living room ceiling. You may also want to sip a cocktail and watch a sunset while sitting on one of the many colorful Adirondack chairs on the Front deck. The house is physically only 75 steps from the ocean's beautiful white beaches. YES 2- Beach chairs/1- umbrella are furnished, set up and included in your price. If you desire a change of pace from the sun and sand, feel free to enjoy the 'Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall' and many of the areas finest restaurants just a short walk away! Yes, My Margaritaville is in a super low traffic subdivision. Just walk from the porch to the beach without the worry of overcrowded car traffic.
