This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath Home with private heated spa and pool. We have a 7-28 night minimum, depending on time of year. This home (1 side of a duplex, with it's own private driveway, garage, backyard, pool and spa) has 2050 Sq ft and a 2 car attached garage, High 11.5 ft and 10 ft ceilings Throughout. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and both guest bedrooms have full size beds making the home sleep a total of 6 people. It is fully furnished, the kitchen has all new appliances, washer, dryer, and everything you should need. Your vacation home includes a 65" HD TV, 32"Tv in master, 24" TV in 1 bedroom, DVR-Cable, Wireless and wired internet, water, electric, heated pool and spa- ALL INCLUDED! Large Master suite with 2 sinks, private toilet, tub, and huge walk-in shower. All linens, washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, microwave, mixer, plates glasses, pots, casserole dishes, pans,....basically everything you need except clothes and toiletries. The pool and spa are heated with an electric heat-pump system that may not work well when temperatures are below 50 degrees (rare). Available for monthly rentals from $3800-$6500 a month based on nightly rate. Rates plus $250 cleaning fee, and 12% tax. Up to 2 pets under 20 lbs or 1 under 40 lbs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. It is 1.2 miles to beach. 3 restaurants in walking distance. Orlando is a little over an hour. You can also order a personal Massage from a certified Therapist for in-home massages for an extra expense if available.
