Property
- There is AC in every bedroom
- Due to the high cost of electricity in Nicaragua, we provide 30 Kilowatts per night, which is more than enough for a comfortable stay. Most people don't go over the limit but please turn off the AC when not in use.
- The pool is 100% private not shared with anyone else.
- We provide 5 gallons of drinking water per reservation; the tap water is from a well, which is good enough for washing/bathing but NOT for drinking.
- There is a BBQ grill; the staff can help with the use of it.
- Basic cooking essentials are also included.
- There is a washer and dryer and the housekeeper can do laundry for $5 per wash.

Guest have access to the entire house. We have in the back a service area, where our caretaker lives, he helps with security, pool/gardens maintenance and overall help to guests. We also have a pet on site Duquesa she is very friendly and a great guard dog.

Electricity: Please note that electricity is very very expensive in Nicaragua. Electricity is not all included in the rental price (for short term rentals we include 30kw/h per day, if you use more than that you'll be charged USD 0.50 cents per KW, for longer stays (that apply discounted monthly rate) we do not include any elctricity in the price and all utilities must be paid separately (electricity, water and internet)The electricity cost is $0.50 per kWh. The average electricity usage is 15-35 kWh per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us to maintain our rental price. Please turn off the Air conditioning and other appliances when you are not using them. Thanks for helping us out on this one... With our house you will be asked to sign an agreement upon arrival, this agreement and we request a $200 refundable damage deposit. This is so you understand that you are responsible for paying electricity (if you use more than 35K per day) and that you will pay for any damage done to the house.
