Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house except the washer and dryer, owner’s closet and apartment above the covered parking space. Laundry services are available upon request.

Guest Interaction
Elena is free to answer any questions at any time. If you are renting a car, A SUV or 4x4 is always recommended if you plan to drive to all of the beaches as the roads are not always in the best shape. You do not need a 4x4 to drive to the house.

Getting Around
We recommend hiring a private driver to the house and if you are renting a car, we recommend renting from Alamo rental car in SJDS.. A private driver will know of all of the road conditions and will know alternate routes to get you to the Villa or SJDS in the quickest time. Managua international Airport is 2.25 hours and Liberia Airport in Costa Rica is about 2.5 hours away. If you would like to visit all of the beaches around SJDS we recommend renting a 4x4 or hiring a driver for the day. You do not need a 4x4 to get to the house or to town.


SECURITY
We highly recommend putting your valuables away when you leave the house. All bedrooms have a lockbox. A code for each security box will be provided.
If you are renting a car, we recommend not leaving any valuables in the car when parked in town or at the beaches.


Electricity
Each rental day includes 40 kilowatts per day of electricity. There is a charge of $.40 per kilowatt used if you use over the 40 kilowatts. Note, 20-30 kilowatts per day is the normal usage including usage of AC units in the bedrooms at night. Being conscious about electricity helps us to keep the rental prices as they are. Any additional electricity used must be paid in cash at check out to the onsite manager

Pool and Villa Cleaning Services
• There is gardening and pool cleaning done 3 days a week between 6am-5pm
• If you are staying for 6 nights or longer a change of clean bed sheets, clean towels and a light cleaning of the bathrooms will be provided for you.
• Clean towels are provided when needed, please message when needed.

• If you would like extra cleaning services, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
