Relax in this calm, stylish space with magnificent views to the Pacific Ocean.

The house is spacious and comfortable for seven guests. Outside, there is room to enjoy the sun around the pool, and also a separate covered area for outdoor dining.

Wifi is provided free by way of fibre-optic cables; the television gives access to Netflix as well as over 100 local and international channels.

The friendly caretakers, Yader and Maryuris, are on-site, and are available to help with guests' needs.

The space

There are three spacious double bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) and a fourth room with television, large sofa and a slide-out single bed. Two of the double bedrooms are upstairs with superb views over the bay.

The main living space is large and open-plan, incorporating sitting and dining areas and the kitchen. This room overlooks the pool and also has views beyond to the ocean.

Guest access

Guests have access to all of the property, with the exception of the caretakers' house, which is situated within the grounds of the main house.

Other things to note

Maryuris has access to the house for the washing machine on the ground floor and for cleaning, but will try always not to disturb guests. She will clean the house every second day (except Sundays) for no charge, or daily for an additional charge. She also can help with cooking and washing clothes (again for an additional charge).

Her husband, Yader, looks after the outside of the house and keeps the pool clean. He can also pick up provisions from the town or take a passenger into town on his motorbike (for an additional charge in both cases).
