Our Cortijo de Romualda was named after her previous owner, our old friend Romualda, a Dutch artist. With the help of Architect Pablo Vila Ramiro we recently renovated the old farmhouse and turned it into a modern comfortable family home. It is a unique place in the Cabo de Gata park. Ideal for a family holiday with the kids, a group of friends, or 2 families. Either in summer or in winter. Cortijo de Romualda has a private pool, a large private patio, free views, over 4000 m of land, nice elderly Spanish neigbours, modern kitchen with dishwasher etc, WiFi, and as far as we can tell everything you may need to enjoy a relaxed holiday. The house is located a 5 min walk from the village of Fernan Perez. It's the last of a small group of houses called Los Majanos. It is very private yet not secluded. Out the front door of Cortijo de Romualda you walk right into the natural reserve of Cabo de Gata Parque Natural. Many of the best beaches in Europe are under 10 min drive away. Don't hestitate to contact us with your questions or for a booking. We'll respond the same the same day. To finalise your booking we request a downpayment of 30%. The remainder to be transfered a month before arrival. Included in the price are the use of bedlinnen, towels (also for the beach), WiFi, and the cleaning after you leave.
