We continually make upgrades to Forever Summer. Some example are new kitchen counter tops and refrigerator. A new 43" flat screen TV with Premier & Sports Cable Package, Private/Secure Password Protected Wi/Fi , Netflix and an Amazon Fire Stick along with a BluRay Player. New queen sleeper sofa! Porch furniture is replaced regularly. New HVAC in 2018.
