Sunday Aug 27th - Sept 1st is available for one last beach trip for the summer! Kids are back in school so should be nice and not too busy on the beach during the week.*** This oceanfront 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is both charming and cozy. It features hardwood floors, a gas log fireplace, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances travertine counter in the bath with a vessel sink and new furniture. This condo is an end unit located on the third (top) floor of the building which gives you more privacy and a wonderful ocean breeze for those warm summer nights. You can enjoy both beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the covered porch as you watch the dolphins play.

There is a private boardwalk over the dunes right on to the beach. The Folly Fishing Pier is just steps away and you are only one block from downtown 'Funky Folly'. Walk to the many wonderful restaurants, bars and beach shopping. Also, downtown Charleston is only 12 miles away if you choose to venture off the beach.

This is the owners' personal condo. We enjoy the unit often and even got married here. We hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do!
