950 sq feet Not including the Gulf front balcony that is directly on the Gulf of Mexico it doesn't get any closer to the gulf then this ! 2 bed /2 bath that has been completely modeled starting with the crown molding in to new furniture ,new draperies,etc. this has a washer and dryer inside the unit . One king bed in one room and two queens in the gulf front room. One bathroom has a full bath and the other has a shower ,beach towels are included, a fully stocked kitchen .It is approximately 1 1/2 miles to the core of the beach where all the bars and restaurants are located . This property has a nice community pool exclusively for owners and renters at villas on the gulf and well-kept grounds which include a lagoon that has lots of ducks and if you get lucky you may see the swans that are always fun to feed. Be sure to watch the video to see if this is a good fit for you. The only thing I like renters to do is to check out the videos of the different places I rent first because then you can see a lot more than just by looking at a bunch of pictures. This condo for example has two flights of stairs so if you have any kind of a mobility issues this is not the condo for you -it does however have in its year and a half of rental history alot of happy customers that want to come back and it shows in the reviews but if you have any kind of mobility issues I do have other condominiums available to rent on Pensacola Beach through Vrbo/ Homeaway with elevator access and no stairs to climb . I want you to rent a place that you will be happy once you arrive there ! There is a couch and a love seat in the living room brand new and furniture that’s made by hand by the owner of this place . It’s got a lot of love and wow factors !
