There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with mezzanine floors, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a large Lounge/Dining area. There is comfortable seating for at least 8 around the fireplace with wall mounted cable TV in the corner. Above this, there is a card table with pouffes, perfect also for puzzles on a rare rainy day! The fully fitted kitchen has a table with 4 stools for breakfast or a quick snack. Air conditioning throughout. Outside there are 4 distinct spaces providing excellent opportunities for total relaxation! The front door has a pretty covered area perfect for lunch outside; the main garden boasts a 26' x 15' pool; adjacent is a BBQ area bordered by bougainvillea and lemon trees; the roof terrace offers spectacular views of the surrounding Arrabida hills. There is free parking outside and within the main gates of the property.
