The space
Hurricane Ian did not severely damage this home. It has been renovated and updated and it is better than ever! Located in a great neighborhood it's just a short walk from some of the restored restaurants and food trucks that are temporarily placed on properties being restored. There are more and more businesses opening up each day. The restaurants are coming back plus Margaritaville Resort is open and offers some choices for eating and drinking.
Currently, there are lots of renovations still occurring. Different businesses have already opened and more are opening every day. The island will be better than it ever was!

Plenty of off-street parking! Lots of privacy in the pool area. The picnic table offers extra outdoor seating near the grill plus there's plenty of outdoor dining seating on the upper level screened-in porch.

Other things to note
This home was not greatly damaged by Hurricane Ian and is in better condition now than it was before it hit! The owners have made some beautiful improvements. The photography is recent from after the home was improved. The owners have provided some very nice additional amenities for the pool and to use for your day at the beach!
