We invite you to come stay at the "The Pilot". Our new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in the middle of Fayetteville; within walking distance to coffee shops, a park, local eats, and the paved biking trail. The backyard can only be described as an urban oasis with a fire pit area, lush green grass, and a hammock to boot!

This stunning new home was finished in 2018. It won "Best Curb Appeal" in the Parade of Homes in June 2018. We are a short drive to downtown and uptown (5 minutes in either direction). The home has many unique, exciting features such as smart home capabilities, spiral stairs, and glow in the dark concrete floors (yes, that's right). The kitchen island is roughly the size of a ping pong table and comes complete with a net and paddles if you're feeling competitive. For those who dabble in Netflix we have a 75" smart tv in the living room to watch your favorite shows. **Please note that we do not have traditional cable, but you can stream live shows with your cable provider login from your phone to the TV.

The Pilot House is aptly named by Meraki Blue (the contractor for this project) because it's the first Net-Zero home they've built. The term Net-Zero refers to a house that produces as much energy as it uses with smart planning, great insulation, and solar panels. You can feel good while you vacation in a home that saves the planet and is gorgeous while doing it.
