Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and an ice maker in the fridge. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don\'t need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).
