UPDATE: The Lava activity is very intense, but is 100 miles away. The lava, ash, earhquakes have not affected us in Kailua Kona. .Please ask questions if you have any concerns.

Right in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island, there are NO STAIRS to access this unit and we have a keyless entry system so you don\'t have to worry about late arrival.
A beautiful ocean view from the lanai for sunset relaxing. Amenities include: a king bed, 2 twin beds (converted to a king by request), and a queen sofa sleeper. Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher and an ice maker in the fridge. Large washer/dryer in unit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, with Air Conditioner (honestly you don\'t need it with ceiling fans and sliding glass doors to the lanai in every room).
Condo is beautifully decorated with print by artist Scott Westmoreland and other Hawaiian art. Includes cable TV (many HD channels), free wi-fi & free long distance to mainland/Canada. Beach towels, coolers and beach chairs for your convenience. Under ground parking that\'s accessible by elevator. Complex amenities include a completely remodeled pool, gazebo, a bbq area with many tables, and a reading room. One block from downtown Kona and walking distance to 10 restaurants. Also near three popular Kona beaches: Honl Beach, Magic Sands Beach & Kahalu\'u Beach.
