We also provide 2 kayaks for you to explore the canals and take it to the Gulf! Feel free to dock your boat and have DIRECT ACCESS to the Gulf.
Some possible added bonuses ~ You can possibly see dolphins and manatees come up to the dock; Egrets perching on the dock. It\'s a wildlife sanctuary, yet you are steps to everything you need! The only reason you may need a car is to go to Publix or Winn-Dixie

Unique Benefits
We fell in love with the location. We can park our car for the duration of our stay and go everywhere we need to go by foot or on bikes. Just need to make that one grocery trip to Publix that is just 1 mile away! Look up Marco Walk - featuring fine and casual dining just 2.5 blocks away. We have the Farmers Market on Wednesdsay, we ride our bikes to that - just 1 mile away at Mackle Park
We completely renovated the inside. Took down walls, made it an open floor plan. Updated everthing inside.
The caged in pool area allows for bug free outdoor living!
One of my favorite features is how the sliding doors completely disappear into the wall giving you the feeling that you are outside even when you are inside!
The 53 x 11 foot dock allows for maximum sunbathing, hanging out and fishing
Why Kids Love It
Our kids love kayaking, fishing off the dock, hanging in the pool and playing billiards inside. They also love being so close to everything like mini-golf, the movie theater, icecream parlor, and the beach.
Area Information
There is nothing I would change about this location. You can walk to everything you need. The backyard is the perfect oasis and sanctuary. You will feel a million miles away!
Farmers Market is every Wednesday, just 1 mile from the house. Feel free to use our bikes.

Wow! This house is incredible. It has everything you need for a remarkable vacation. They left no stone in turned…straws-there, spices-there, beach items- there. It was like being at home. The house is extremely clean and spacious. It is convenient to town and the beach. Plus you get to work with an incredible owner. I can’t wait to visit again!!

I have to first start by saying Angelisa is amazing! Talk about hospitality - she has blown any other host we have booked with out of the water! Always responsive, loves Marco and her home offers everything you need to enjoy the island experience. Of all the places I have stayed with my family, this one probably is in the top! The island is beautiful and quaint, but time spent at the house with the dock, kayaks and bicycles made the trip. The kids loved riding the neighborhood courts and it’s a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Angelisa’s house on Marco Island for our family vacation this year, and I cannot wait to go back! Marco Island is my new Happy Place. The house was gorgeous, perfect location within walking distance of pretty much everything, and the house was perfectly stocked. There was nothing that we needed that the house didn’t have. Angelisa is AMAZING to deal with! She always responded quickly (even while on vacation herself) and if you have a problem she can’t fix from a distance, she’s got a great friends close by that will help. Don’t think twice about renting this house for your next vacation, she wants you to enjoy your vacation in her home as much as she enjoys being there. And she has spared no expense in making it a comfortable place to be. I have a feeling she will have many repeat renters for years to come. I know for sure we will rent from her again!

Our family of 6 can\'t say enough good things about this property and host! The location was absolute PERFECTION! Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, 2 ice cream stores, and more without even tiring out the 3 year old! The home is a delight to stay in. Beautiful master suite with an amazing shower and two other large bedrooms. The outdoor pool area was simply perfect. Plenty of room for the kids to play and we all enjoyed the hot tub as well. The dock was well loved as well and we caught multiple fish right off of it. Kayaking the canal was a favorite and very easy to get in and out using the dock. Angelisa was an absolutely amazing host and was so helpful and kind throughout the process. We had an unexpected issue (our fault) during our stay and Angelisa was so responsive and empathetic as we worked through the issue. We loved Marco so much! We were there for 10 days and watched a perfect sunset every night! Thank you Angelisa, we can\'t wait to stay in your beautiful home again soon!

This home is just as lovely in person as it is online. Location is two blocks from the beach, with bikes, wagon, and other amenities in the garage. We took paddle boards and we’re able to use them on the canal off the back dock and carry them too/from the beach. Fishing off the back dock was amazing too! The home has been completely updated and the pool area is incredible with the perfect amount of shade and sun. The kitchen was stocked with amenities and the pool table was fantastic to use when we wanted to be in from the heat. We will be staying again!

This house has everything you could want - from the amazing pool and hot tub to the 2 block walk to the beach for awesome sunsets! It is set up perfect for families too. Myself and my wife, plus my 2 daughters and son in law and 2 grandkids had the best vacation ever. Loaded up the wagon with beach chairs, towel and sand toys (all provided) for easy walks to the beach every day. Went for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, gelato and shopping all without having to load up the car! Everglade City for an airboat ride (MUST DO) is only 1/2 hour away. Caught a couple fish off the dock in the backyard too! Everyone had a great time and Angelisa goes above and beyond - you just can\'t get a better host! There was a bit of hesitation with this being our first time not staying directly on the beach but this place far surpassed all expectations. Even on the rainy days there was something to do for the entire family. Very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the owner/host and how accommodating. We will definitely be putting this in our repeat family vacation list.

Conveniently situated near restaurants, bars and shops, Angelisa\'s home made for the perfect getaway for city-dwellers like myself. Just a short walk to the beach, be sure to catch some of the most picturesque sunsets I\'ve seen in the states.The home was very well-equipped with amenities. I tell people all the time Marco is like the Caribbean but better. This time we turned up our vacation up by staying at this amazing rental property. From the professional communication from owner, the welcome wine and ease of check out, everything in between was true paradise. Clean, spacious and perfect for my teenage sons who lived their best life fishing from the dock, swimming, biking and just chilling at the pool. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in Marco Island at 1051 Winterberry Drive. The location was perfect for South beach and local restaurants. The house was everything we needed, clean and nicely furnished with a lovely pool, spa and outside seating area. The owner was very responsive to queries and gave us some helpful suggestions for our trip. Highly recommended.
