Susan’s condo worked great for our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). We loved the balconies, especially the one at the back with views of the park, ocean and cruise ships. The condo is located in the prettiest, quiet part of town, yet only 10-20 minutes walk from major attractions. The pool area is large with lounge chairs and tables. The condo, pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. Overall, great stay!

We liked the cleanliness, the bikes, location and access to the beach. One little suggestion might be to add shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. My suggestion would be to remove the single shelf above the toilet and put in a 3 shelf.

What a wonderful experience! Condo was perfect for our needs! Well equipped with everything needed for the week and you could not ask for a better location. Who could ask for more than morning coffee on the balcony watching the big ships roll in followed by a bike ride down the water front. Then the afternoon shopping or a quick 5-10 minute bike ride to the park for some fun in the sun beach time. Super close to all the action of Duval as well as sights and activities but just far enough away to enjoy a quiet relaxing atmosphere when needed. There is a Free Duval Loop bus stop right behind the condo, super convienant. Susan was a fabulous host. Super responsive and just a delight. We were here over New Years and she even made sure we had Champaign to celebrate. . She was so right in that we didn’t need a car. We bicycled the entire island!! Could not be happier!! We will definitely be back!
