You can probably see there is a theme with each property\'s name. Both Dave and Holly are visual artists. In each home, they have their work on the walls, hence Artistas. One of the first things you will notice when arriving are the well established and well cared for grounds of the complex.There are plenty of mature shade trees and a variety of citrus fruit trees that may be harvested by residents and guests of the home. So feel free to enjoy the delicious bounty of one of the many grapefruit or orange trees while staying!

 

When you walk up to the condo you will feel relaxed from the very start as the front porch offers a comfortable sitting area that is an excellent place for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while you enjoy the famous Tucson Sunsets and take in the view of the courtyards many flowering plants.
