Safe-vault on site for your valuables. Although it states that the villa easily accommodates 10-12 persons, parties of up to 18 persons have enjoyed their stay here. Prices are very competitive and are based on an occupancy of 10 adults. There is a surcharge for every adult over 12, children between the ages of 3 and 15 count as half an adult while babies under the age of 2 are free of any surcharge. Fully air conditioned, there is plenty of room around the villa for pull-out sofa\'s (provided at a surcharge). For smaller parties, the villa can also be rented in her 3 (main house only) or 4 bedroom version at even better pricing, so do inquire about that if your group is small. We never rent the spare suites independently, so you still keep your privacy when renting a smaller version of the villa.
