Barrero Beach House is a two level house with 2 apartments, 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs and 3 bedrooms and one bath downstairs.The property is located right on one of the nicest beaches in Rincon.Barrero Beach House is a beach house in every sense of the word as you step out the back directly onto the beach. You could spit into the ocean or even fish from the back yard. . A place where you can have a BBQ just feet from the ocean, it is like camping on the beach in a house.There are no other vacation rentals in the area and it is located in a very unique Puerto Rican neighborhood about two miles from town.For a truly Puerto Rican vacation this is the place with a beach colmado (small store) one block down the road with cold medalla beers and fried meat pies (empanadillas). Each unit has it\'s own BBQ, balcony with table, washing machine and enterance. the yard is a common area.

You can pay more but not gong to get more, this is the lest expensive property in Rincon that is directly on the beach.

We lost a lot of trees from hurricane Maria but our beach is just fine with more sand then before the storm.
